Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, GST compliance, taxation, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-Invoice and e-Way Bill.
- Perform GST reconciliation between books, GSTR-1, GSTR-2B and purchase records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor/customer reconciliation and payment follow-up.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and monitor daily banking transactions.
- Maintain ledger scrutiny, journal entries, provisions and month-end closing.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices, payments, GST and account reconciliation.
- Verify PO, MRN/GRN and invoice details before processing payments.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, outstanding reports,



ageing reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and accounting data.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.
- Handle TDS, GST and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchase, Sales, Stores, Logistics and IT for accounting-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualification: -

- Minimum 5 -6 years of relevant experience in accounts & finance department.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Must have completed their education in B.com/ M.com .
