Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage routine accounting, billing, financial records and documentation. The candidate should have practical experience with Tally and basic accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle invoices, bills, receipts and payment records.
- Maintain customer and supplier accounts.
- Manage cash and bank transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account checking.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting work.
- Prepare basic accounting reports and statements.
- Maintain accurate accounting documents and records.
- Review entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for daily accounting activities.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- 12th pass required; B.Com or a relevant accounting qualification is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Tally or Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and bookkeeping.
- Understanding of billing, ledger management and bank reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates from Bardoli and nearby areas are preferred.
