Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Manage Finance, Accounts, Costing, Taxation, Treasury, MIS, and Store Accounting functions.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory requirements.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, banking operations, and fund utilization.
- Coordinate Internal, Statutory, Cost, and Tax Audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management systems.
- Conduct product-wise costing, profitability analysis, variance analysis, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure maintenance of cost records and compliance with Cost Audit requirements.
- Monitor inventory valuation, material consumption, BOM accuracy, and manufacturing cost optimization.




- Support management with financial insights for strategic planning and business growth.
- Lead and develop the Finance &
- Accounts team and drive a high-performance culture.
- Ensure effective utilization of SAP and financial reporting systems.
