Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate project-wise financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Record and monitor project expenses, construction costs, land-related expenses and administrative overheads.
- Verify vendor, contractor and subcontractor bills and ensure timely payment processing.
- Monitor customer bookings, advances, collections, outstanding receivables and refunds.
- Prepare project-wise cost statements, profitability reports and expense analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash-flow statements and management reports.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and reconcile customer, vendor, bank and inter-company balances.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions and adjustments.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, contractors and internal departments.




- Prepare supporting schedules and documents for internal, statutory and tax audits.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and monitoring actual expenses against approved budgets.
- Track project cash flows and highlight cost overruns, outstanding payments and collection issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting of property sales, purchases and project transactions.
- Review accounting entries prepared by junior accountants and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related reports as required.

Preferred candidate profile 5-8 years accounting experience, preferably in Real

Estate/Construction

- Handle accounts, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and MIS.
- Project-wise accounting, receivables/payables and cash flow management.
- Robust knowledge of Tally/ERP and Excel.
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred.
- Preferred Location: Delhi NCR.
