We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Accounts Executive who can manage financial records, GST compliance, data reporting, and business analytics support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced, growing environment and should have strong command over Excel and accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Compliance
- Support maintaining books of accounts in Tally
- GST and other compliance including filing and reconciliation
- Vendor and receivables reconciliation
- Payment tracking and ledger management
- Assist in audits and financial documentation
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for inventory
- Extract and analyze sales data from online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.)
- Data extraction and dashboard preparation using Excel
- Support management with financial and operational insights
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally
- Good understanding of GST compliance & filing
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.)
- Experience in data extraction and reconciliation
