About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, banking transactions, reconciliation, billing, and finalization of accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime.
- Record and verify purchase bills, sales bills, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Handle monthly GST return preparation and filing, including reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and related documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and review journal entries required during balance sheet finalization.
- Manage billing and invoicing activities and ensure accuracy of customer accounts.
- Follow up with corporate customers for timely payment collection.




- Maintain accurate customer and vendor ledgers.
- Support month-end and year-end closing and finalization of accounts.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding accounting and payment-related matters.
- Perform other accounting responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience specifically on Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
- Experience in billing, invoicing, receivables, and payment follow-up.
- Good knowledge of journal entries and finalization of accounts.
- Good MS Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.
