Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.

Prepare and maintain Sales & Purchase Entries.

Generate invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes.

Handle customer and vendor billing processes.

Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).

Perform GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

Calculate, deduct, and file TDS Returns.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required.

Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

B.Com/M.Com/CA Enter

1–3 years of accounting experience

Knowledge of GST & Audit

Proficiency In Accounting and MS Excel
