Key Responsibilities: Clique Exports Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-10 years of accounting experience, with a robust grasp of financial regulations, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, RERA, TCS, bank reconciliation, vendor ledger reconciliation, and auditing knowledge.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll.
- Handle Day to Day Company Accounts.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Handle TDS and TCS compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies as required.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Reconcile vendor ledgers and accounts payable.
- Assist with basic auditing tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy.




- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Provide input into departments goal setting process

Requirements:

- Minimum 7-10 years of accounting experience.
- Prior experience working in a CA Firm will be given preference
- Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant / Or Pursuing CA / ICWA. Proficiency in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, TCS, and bank reconciliation.

- Five years' experience working with intercompany transactions and reconciliation in preparation for audit
- Advanced MS Excel skills including V-Lookups and pivot tables
- Basic auditing knowledge.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
