Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end closing, AP/AR, and supporting management with accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations .
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and other accounting adjustments.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, and MIS reports .
- Perform financial calculations, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, outstanding receivables, and payables.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams as required.




- Review the work of junior accounting team members and provide guidance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field .
- 10+ years of relevant accounting experience .
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Positive communication and team management skills.

Added Advantage
- Exposure to US accounting or US-based clients .
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or lending.
- Familiarity with US-specific financial or interest calculations.
