Sri Tirumala Housing is looking for a highly capable and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team.
We are seeking a finance skilled who can take ownership of accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and project-level financial coordination in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle accounts payable, receivables, collections, payments and bank reconciliations
- Prepare MIS, financial statements and management reports
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements
- Monitor project-wise expenses, transactions and financial documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants,
banks and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts
- Identify discrepancies and maintain strong internal financial controls
- Provide accurate financial insights and reports to management
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and Advanced Excel
- Real estate or construction industry experience will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Ability to independently manage accounting functions and deadlines
