Position: Senior Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Counsel prospective students and working professionals about our industry-leading BIM, MEP, and AEC training programs.

✅ Convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative counseling.

✅ Build long-term relationships with students and corporate clients.

✅ Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

✅ Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure an exceptional learner experience.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 2–5+ years of experience in Academic Counseling, EdTech, or Education Sales.

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Strong sales, negotiation,



and relationship-building abilities.

✔️ Target-driven mindset with a passion for helping learners succeed.
