Healthcare Claims Adjudication & Credentialing Executive Semi Voice - Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle healthcare claims adjudication activities.
- Review and process claims as per defined guidelines and client requirements.
- Perform credentialing-related activities and verify provider information/documents.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate processing.
- Maintain quality and productivity as per process standards.
- Follow SOPs and process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Healthcare Claims, Claims Adjudication, Medical Claims, Provider Credentialing, or US Healthcare preferred.
- Candidates with relevant BPO/Healthcare operations experience can apply.
- Positive analytical and process-handling skills.
- Communication skills are not the primary priority; process knowledge and relevant experience are preferred.




- Should be flexible to work in night shifts.

Shift Details
- First 2 months: Day shift
- After 2 months: Night shift
- Candidates should be comfortable with the shift transition.
