Role Overview:

This role is for a Google Ads skilled with 1 to 2 years of hands-on agency experience who is passionate about scaling D2C and e-commerce brands through performance marketing. You will independently manage a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, executing and optimizing campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem. Your focus is on driving profitable growth, improving RoAS, and maximizing revenue through data-driven optimization.

What You'll Own:

- End-to-End Campaign Execution

Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, and Remarketing for a portfolio of D2C and e-commerce brands.

- RoAS & Revenue Growth

Own campaign performance by optimizing towards RoAS, revenue, conversion value, CPA, and overall profitability. Continuously identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

- Account Optimization

Manage campaign structures, bidding strategies, Shopping feeds, search terms, audiences, creatives, negative keywords, and budget allocation to improve account performance.
- Tracking & Analytics

Implement, validate, and troubleshoot tracking across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Enhanced Conversions, and Google Ads conversion tracking.

- Testing & Continuous Improvement

Execute structured A/B tests across creatives, product feeds, bidding strategies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures. Document learnings and implement successful optimizations.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, growth opportunities, and optimization recommendations based on business metrics.
- Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Creative, SEO, Client Servicing,



and Shopify teams to ensure campaigns are supported with high-performing creatives, optimized landing pages, and accurate tracking.
- Account Hygiene

Maintain clean account structures, Shopping feeds, asset groups, audience lists, negative keywords, and campaign documentation following agency best practices.

What We're Looking For:

- 1 to 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in a digital marketing agency. Agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience managing D2C and e-commerce Google Ads accounts.
- Hands-on expertise across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing.
- Strong understanding of RoAS optimization, Shopping campaigns, product feeds, audience segmentation, and budget scaling.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Enhanced Conversions, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations to improve profitability.
- Active Google Ads Certifications across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Measurement are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss campaign performance with internal teams and clients.

Tools You'll Work With: Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, Google Ads Scripts, Shopify, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with Optmyzr, Supermetrics, or similar optimization tools is a plus.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

- Hands-on Shopify experience with D2C brands.
- Experience with Enhanced Conversions, Offline Conversion Imports, Server-Side Tagging, or Feed Optimization.
- Experience scaling brands from ₹5L+ to ₹50L+ monthly ad spend while maintaining profitable RoAS.
- Exposure to international e-commerce accounts across the US, Canada, or the Middle East.
