Job Summary

Responsible for supervising security operations, preventing theft and pilferage, ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and company assets, and maintaining security standards across the hypermarket.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise security personnel and manage duty rosters and attendance.

- Monitor CCTV, access control, and entry/exit points.

- Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized movement of goods.

- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.

- Handle security incidents and prepare incident reports.

- Ensure fire safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2 years experience in security supervision

- HSC/ Any Degree

- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

- Age limit -45

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
