1. Plant Security: Supervise day-to-day security operations, guards, supervisors, patrolling and perimeter security.

2. Material Security: Ensure strict verification of material inward/outward, vehicle movement, gate passes, seals and high-value material dispatches.

3. Access Control: Monitor entry/exit of employees, labour, visitors, vendors and vehicles, including frisking and identity verification.

4. Theft Prevention: Prevent and investigate theft, pilferage, fraud and security breaches; coordinate recovery and FIRs wherever required.

5. CCTV Surveillance: Ensure CCTV functionality, surveillance coverage, footage preservation and coordination with the Centralized CCTV Command & Control Centre.

6. Agency Management:



Monitor security manpower deployment, attendance, discipline, training and agency performance.

7. Emergency Response: Coordinate security response during fire, accidents, labour unrest and other emergencies.

8. Police Liaison: Maintain effective coordination with local Police, Government authorities and emergency services.

9. SOP Compliance: Ensure implementation of Security SOPs, audits, registers and preventive measures.

10. Reporting: Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly Security Reports (DSR/WSR/MSR) to Head – Security.
