Role As a Section Head - PE (Paint & Weld & Utility), you will be part of the Production Engineering Department and will report to the Head of the Department of Production Engineering. Your role will be:

1. Responsible for executing fuel tank manufacturing for new models prior to mass production. This includes conducting feasibility studies and developing the necessary infrastructure and capacity planning.
2. Capex planning and Implementation for Paint, Weld & Utility section.

A Purpose Driven Role for You Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Timely

Execution of New Models to Fulfill the Business Plan Requirements (Paint &

• Weld Shop)

1. Overall Manufacturing Strategy preparation of new models.
2. New Model schedule preparation and adherence.
3. End to End execution of all Current model events in plant (Parts Evaluation, PP0, PP1, PP2, SOP, and Despatch Evaluation).
4. Co-ordination for any other NPD activity with Proj/NMC/CIT stakeholders.

B. Planning and Execution of New Paint Shades

1. Tracking of all new Paint Shades and prove out on line.
2. Monitoring overall status of applicable ECN's.

Planning and Implementation

1. CAPEX proposal planning and review.
2. Technical specifications review.
3. Commercial documents checking as per the defined process.
4. Implementation and feedback on I &

• C of Capex Items.

Utility

Readiness for New Machines

1. Overall Manufacturing Strategy preparation of new machines.
2. New Machine schedule preparation and utility readiness.
3. Utilities readiness and capacity expansion if required.

Academic Qualification &

• Experience

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Paint with 15 years of experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Project Management, NPD, PLM, Facility development, and commissioning.
2. Welding and Painting process.

Behavioural Skills

1. Communication skills, Analytical Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills, dealing with ambiguity.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
3. Strong supervision & multiple person dealing attitude.
