Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong skills in team facilitation, stakeholder management, sprint planning, backlog management, conflict resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Valuable understanding of Azure/AWS, M365, PowerShell, Python, networking, and cloud environments, with experience working with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools, with excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
