Role: Scrum Master

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Scrum Master who can help Agile teams deliver projects smoothly and on time. The person will facilitate Scrum activities, remove blockers, support the Product Owner, and improve team performance and delivery predictability.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices.

- Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.

- Identify and remove impediments by coordinating with technical and business teams.

- Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness.

- Track Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time, and Throughput.

- Improve estimation, planning, quality, and delivery predictability.

- Manage communication across Product, Development, QA, Design, and Operations teams.

- Handle delivery risks and escalate issues when required.

- Maintain Jira/Azure DevOps dashboards, reports,



and documentation.

- Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption across teams.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.

- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC.

- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

- Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Good experience in removing blockers and managing dependencies.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.

- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

- CSM / PSM / Secure Scrum Master certification.

- Experience with Scaled Agile / multiple Scrum teams.

- Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, DevOps, and CI/CD.

- Experience with cloud, data, digital, or enterprise technology projects.
