Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring proper sterilization and maintaining a clean setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team.
- Prepare patients for surgery by taking their history, performing pre-operative checks, and administering anesthesia as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications, and treatments.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience in nursing or related field (scrub nurse).
- Knowledge of general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopaedic surgery procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced hospital setting.
