You will be responsible for cross-functional team facilitation, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities Program Project ManagementLead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complexsoftware projects (e.g., Unifi Agent). Develope and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Define milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with businessand technical requirements. Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests; proactively address issues to ensure project continuity.

MasterAgile Delivery Facilitate allScrumceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).Technical LeadershipUnderstand architectural principles, software requirements, and solution design to guide teams and resolve technical challenges. Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, and QA to ensure technical excellence and adherence to standards.

Process Orientation Continuous

ImprovementDesign, implement, and optimize project management processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).Standardize documentation, reporting,



and communication practices across projects.Qualificationsbachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in softwaredevelopment or IT infrastructure. 3+ years of experience as aScrum Masteror Agile Coach in atechnical setting.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, andDevOps practices.Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-platform software projects(Windows/Linux, cloud/on-premises).Technical proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., .NET Core, REST APIs, cloudservices, CI/CD tools).

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or equivalent.
