Job Summary

Kidhood School of Excellence is seeking a responsible and proactive School Supervisor to oversee daily school operations, coordinate with teachers and staff, and maintain a protected, organised and high-quality learning environment for children.

The ideal candidate will have experience in school administration or preschool operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage daily responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with teachers, administrative staff and school management.
- Monitor classroom readiness, hygiene, safety and maintenance.
- Oversee staff coordination, attendance and operational standards.
- Support student attendance, punctuality and daily activities.
- Communicate professionally with parents and address routine concerns.
- Maintain school records, reports and administrative documentation.
- Support admissions activities and parent enquiries when required.




- Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and child-safety procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in school supervision, preschool administration or school operations.
- Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate teachers, staff and parents effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheets.
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive, as required for the role.
- A professional, responsible and child-focused approach.

Salary and Benefits
- Annual CTC: ₹3,50,000, subject to confirmation.
- Full-time, on-site position.
