Work Role:

- Manage the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school.

- Supervise teachers and staff and monitor teaching quality.

- Implement the school curriculum and academic policies as per CBSE/board guidelines.

- Monitor student performance, discipline and overall development.

- Conduct staff meetings, teacher training and academic reviews.

- Coordinate with parents, teachers, management and other stakeholders.

- Oversee admissions, examinations, school records and daily operations.

- Ensure compliance with school board requirements and safety guidelines.

- Organize school events, activities and career development programmes.
