DRS World School, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced and dynamic School Principal to provide academic and institutional leadership and drive overall school development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead academic planning, school operations, and overall administration.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teaching and non-teaching teams.
- Drive academic excellence, student development, and a positive school culture.
- Manage parent engagement, student discipline, and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and CBSE requirements.
- Support admissions, community engagement, and school development initiatives.




- Establish effective systems and processes for smooth school functioning.
- Experience in setting up or managing a new school will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in a Principal role or senior school leadership position.
- Strong experience in CBSE schools.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Solid leadership, communication, team management, and administrative skills.
- Candidates with experience in new school setup/launch will be preferred.

Location: Shamshabad, Hyderabad Qualification: B.Ed.

Experience: 5+ Years in School Principal/Senior Leadership Role

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
