SAP Training Consultant - WalkMe

Role Summary

Support user adoption for the Advanced Shipment Tracking program by creating WalkMe-based digital guidance and structured SAP training collateral. The consultant will work with functional teams to convert finalized business processes into user guides, software manuals and role-based training content.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain SAP WalkMe content for Business Network, shipment-tracking and related user journeys.
- Create Smart Walk-Thrus, launchers, tooltips and contextual guidance for supplier collaboration, freight tracking and operational workflows.
- Support the project communication plan, training strategy and detailed training schedule for business and administrative users.
- Create user guides, software manuals, quick-reference guides, FAQs and role-based training material.
- Translate finalized processes for Freight Collaboration, GTT, PO Collaboration, Planning/Inventory/Quality Collaboration and related SAP workflows into transparent training steps.
- Prepare training content for role-based web/mobile dashboards and operational user journeys.




- Participate in UAT and process walkthroughs to ensure training content matches the final solution and approved business rules.
- Support administrative training sessions, end-user sessions and knowledge-transfer activities before go-live.
- Maintain training content, version control and change logs as screens, workflows or business rules are updated.
- Support post-go-live adoption during hypercare by addressing user questions and updating guidance based on recurring issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of SAP training, digital adoption or enablement experience with hands-on WalkMe knowledge.
- Strong ability to convert SAP process steps into concise, user-friendly learning content.
- Experience producing user guides, software manuals, training decks and quick-reference material.
- Good presentation, communication, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Exposure to SAP Business Network or logistics/procurement processes is preferred.
