- Lead and participate in VIM implementation projects ensuring timely and successful delivery Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and design VIM solutions Configure and customize VIM modules to meet business needs Provide support and troubleshooting during and after implementation phases Document processes configurations and provide training to end users as needed Stay updated with the latest VIM tools and best practices to enhance system efficiency
