Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP Training Consultant with hands-on WalkMe experience to support user adoption and training for SAP-based business processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating WalkMe digital guidance, training content, user guides and learning materials and will work closely with functional and business teams to simplify SAP processes for end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain WalkMe content for SAP and related business processes.
- Create WalkMe SmartTips, Launchers, Tooltips and contextual guidance.
- Convert SAP processes into simple, user-friendly training content.
- Create user guides, training decks, FAQs, manuals and quick-reference guides.
- Support user training, knowledge-transfer sessions and go-live activities.
- Participate in UAT and process walkthroughs.
- Work with functional/business teams to ensure training content reflects the final solution.
- Maintain and update training content as processes and business rules change.
- Provide post-go-live support and update guidance based on user feedback.

Required Skills




- 2–3 years of experience in SAP training, digital adoption, user enablement or a related field.
- Hands-on WalkMe experience is mandatory.
- Experience creating WalkMe-based digital adoption content.
- Strong knowledge of training content development and user documentation.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with UAT, end-user training or knowledge-transfer activities.

Good to Have
- SAP Business Network experience.
- SAP S/4HANA exposure.
- Experience in logistics, procurement or supply-chain processes.
- Experience with SAP implementation or digital adoption projects.
