We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager / Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) Manager to lead end-to-end SAP testing governance, delivery, planning, and execution across multiple projects and releases.

The role will be responsible for managing testing demand, defining test strategies, estimation and planning, resource management, test governance, stakeholder communication, and overall testing delivery. The candidate will work closely with SAP functional/technical teams, development teams, deployment teams, business stakeholders, and COTS vendors to ensure successful and timely completion of testing activities.

The role will also oversee SAP regression, automation, performance, scalability, UAT, and BAU testing, while ensuring adherence to testing standards, quality metrics, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Testing & TCoE Governance

Manage SAP testing demand and ensure a thorough understanding of business and technical requirements.

Lead SAP test estimation, planning, strategy formulation, and overall testing governance.

Define and maintain SAP testing standards, processes, methodologies, and best practices.





Ensure end-to-end testing completion and formal closure for all SAP projects and releases.

Review and approve test plans, test strategies, test cases, and testing deliverables.

Ensure 100% requirement coverage and traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.

Verify and review testing deliverables across all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Provide overall governance for offshore SAP testing delivery activities.

Test Planning & Delivery

Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs), test plans, resource requirements, and delivery schedules.

Plan and manage testing resources, including onboarding, allocation, backup planning, and offboarding.

Coordinate with SAP development, functional, technical, and deployment teams to ensure test setting and test data readiness.

Support and coordinate SAP UAT execution activities.

Review and re-review test plans to ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated.

Ensure timely test sign-off, test closure, and release readiness.
