Description

Design, build, and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central EC solutions to meet business process and application requirements. Translate HR business needs into scalable and standardized system configurations aligned with SAP best practices.

Responsibilities

- Act as SuccessFactors EC Lead Senior Consultant in implementation and support engagements
- Deliver end-to-end implementations minimum 2 lifecycle projects including design, build, test, and deploy phases
- Conduct client workshops for business process design, configuration decisions, and solution validation
- Manage system configurations including foundation objects, MDF objects, business rules, workflows, employee data models, and role-based permissions




- Support data migration, validation, and cutover activities
- Provide post-golive support including incident resolution and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Integration

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Proven expertise in EC data model, Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, Role-Based Permissions, Business Rules Engine, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation
- Experience working with integration tools CPI APIs is preferred
- Exposure to global HR implementations, multicountry deployments is an advantage
