Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Multiple Modules)

Experience: 3 to 18 years in any one SuccessFactors module

Location: PAN India

Education: Graduation, 15 years full time education (no distance or part-time)

About the Role

We are hiring SAP SuccessFactors consultants for implementation, rollout and support projects. You must have hands-on experience in at least ONE of the modules listed below.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support your SuccessFactors module
- Work with HR and business users to collect requirements
- Fix tickets and issues on time
- Prepare test cases, do UAT and document the work
- Work with other module and integration teams

Modules (hands-on experience in any one):
- Employee Central (Position Management, MDF, Workflows, Business Rules, RBP)
- Employee Central Payroll (Schema, PCR, Wage Types, SAP HCM Payroll)
- Onboarding 1.0 / 2.0 (Process Variants,



Compliance Forms, Data Model)
- Recruiting (RCM, RMK, Job Requisition, Career Site)
- Compensation (Comp Templates, Merit, Variable Pay, Salary Planning)
- Learning / LMS (Course Catalog, Curriculum, Learning Administration)
- Time Management (Time Off, Time Sheet, Accruals, Work Schedule)
- Integrations (Integration Center, SAP CPI, Boomi, OData, SFAPI, SFTP)
- People Analytics (Story Reports, Report Center, Workforce Analytics)

Must Have:
- End-to-end implementation or support experience (not end-user only)
- Hands-on configuration in the chosen module

Good to Have:
- SuccessFactors certification
- Experience with more than one module
- Client-facing experience
