Key Skills & Experience Required
- 6-12 years of overall SAP HR/HCM experience, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Foundation Objects
- Position Management
- Workflows
- Time Off
- Integration Center
- Data Migration
- Experience in 2-3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Knowledge and exposure to SAP CPI/BTP integrations will be preferred.
- Solid stakeholder management, client-facing, and communication skills.
