About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Lead Consultant with 8–12 years of expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional leadership capabilities, extensive implementation and AMS experience, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation, migration, and global rollout programs. The role requires deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, business process transformation, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and SAP S/4HANA implementations.

You will work closely with business leaders, process owners, and technical teams to drive successful delivery of strategic SAP initiatives while ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Lead requirement discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, and business process assessment sessions.
- Drive global template design, business process harmonization, and process standardization initiatives.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and define future-state business processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead SAP SD solution design, architecture reviews, and governance activities.




- Configure and optimize SAP SD processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, Returns Processing, and Settlement Management.
- Design and implement end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
- Support Logistics Execution, Customer Fulfilment, Intercompany Sales, and Cross-Company transaction processes.
- Lead SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs.
- Manage implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects across multiple regions and business units.
- Oversee testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
- Manage cutover planning, go-live preparation, hypercare support, and stabilization activities.
- Lead SAP SD AMS and production support engagements.
- Govern Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Management processes.
- Ensure SLA compliance, KPI achievement, and operational governance across support engagements.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and process optimization programs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance stakeholders.
- Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Security, Integration, and Infrastructure teams for solution delivery.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation management activities.
- Present solution recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and project status updates to leadership teams.
- Support proposal development, solutioning activities, estimations, customer presentations, and RFP responses.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership across SAP workstreams.
- Conduct governance reviews, executive reporting, quality reviews, and project health assessments.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD consulting and enterprise SAP implementations.
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP SD solution design.
- Deep knowledge of Advanced Pricing, Rebate Management, Settlement Management, Credit Management, Returns Management, and Logistics Execution.
- Strong understanding of Intercompany and Cross-Company business processes.
- Extensive experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, rollouts, and transformation programs.




- Experience delivering a minimum of three end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and implementation best practices.
- Experience leading Application Management Services (AMS) and production support engagements.
- Expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, SLA Governance, and KPI Monitoring.
- Experience handling critical business incidents, escalations, and operational governance activities.
- Strong understanding of sales, distribution, logistics, and supply chain business processes.
- Experience leading functional consulting teams and cross-functional project workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Ability to lead business workshops, solution reviews, and executive discussions.
- Experience managing large-scale global transformation and rollout programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and documentation skills.
- Ability to drive governance, executive reporting, strategic planning, and process transformation initiatives.
