Must have experience in handling SAP Security - Access management. Able to independently handle new user creation, SAP role modifications, user validity extensions, Password resets, New SAP role creation and audit support. Must be able to analyze issues related to access and provide suitable solutions to address user requirements. Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs. Must have valuable communication skills (Oral and written) . Experience in support projects is desired.
