Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP RE-FX experience.

Strong knowledge of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management and its configuration.

Experience in real estate contract management, lease administration, rental conditions, and settlement processes.

Good understanding of SAP FI/CO integration and accounting postings.

Experience with lease accounting and IFRS 16 requirements.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience in implementation, rollout,



enhancement, or support projects
