Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager / Lead to manage and drive SAP projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, along with solid hands-on knowledge of SAP.

Candidates with experience in any SAP module can be considered, with SAP FICO experience preferred .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams and ensure effective collaboration across modules.




- Support requirement discussions, solution alignment, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely resolution of project-level issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to project governance and delivery processes.
- Mentor and guide team members while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in SAP.
- Proven experience in SAP Project Management / SAP Project Lead roles.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation, support, and project delivery processes.
- Experience with any SAP module is acceptable.
- SAP FICO experience is highly preferred.
- Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
