Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and finance integration programs. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in SAP Finance, project delivery, stakeholder management, and end-to-end implementation of CFIN and COPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects with a focus on Central Finance (CFIN) and CO-PA .
- Manage project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and external partners.
- Drive CFIN design workshops, source system integration strategy, and financial data harmonization.
- Oversee COPA design and implementation to support profitability reporting and management analytics.
- Ensure successful completion of system integration testing (SIT), UAT,



cutover, and go-live activities.
- Monitor project budget, resource allocation, and project health metrics.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, and project methodologies.
- Support change management, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in project/program management.
- Proven experience managing SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP CO-PA , FI, CO, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs.
- Knowledge of SLT Replication, AIF Monitoring, MDG, and Finance integration processes.
- Ability to manage global stakeholders and distributed project teams.
- Solid leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
