We are looking for an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP PS and working knowledge of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP project management solutions, including project planning, budgeting, execution, cost control, revenue tracking, settlement, and reporting.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP PS functionalities including:

- Project Definition
- WBS Elements
- Networks & Activities
- Milestone Planning
- Cost Planning & Budgeting
- Project Execution & Monitoring
- Settlement and Period-End Activities

Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.

Support project lifecycle activities including design, build, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

Work on integration of SAP PS with:

- SAP FI/CO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP PM/EAM
- SAP HCM/CATS

Provide support for project costing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements. Collaborate with development teams for enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports.

Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation.

CPM (Commercial Project Management) Knowledge

Candidate should have knowledge or hands-on experience in:

SAP CPM Master Project Creation
2. Project Cost & Revenue Planning
3. Forecasting and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
4. CPM to PS Cost Planning Integration

5. Revenue and Margin Tracking

6. Commercial Project Monitoring
7. Project Workspace & Financial Planning Concepts

Required Skills

1. 5+ years of SAP PS functional consulting experience.
2. Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP implementation project.

3. Strong understanding of

- Project Cost Planning
- Budget Management
- Availability Control
- Revenue Recognition
- Settlement Process
- Investment Projects

1. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Project System.
2. Robust integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM and SD.
3. Experience in requirement gathering, workshops and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

- SAP CPM experience.
- SAP EPPM knowledge.
- Fiori Apps exposure for Project Management.
- Knowledge of Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Utilities, or Capital Projects domains.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP PS Certification preferred.

Nice to Have

- SAP PPM/EPPM exposure
- SAP CPM-PS Integration
- Reporting using Embedded Analytics/SAC
- Project Controls and Commercial Project Management experience
