Hiring: SAP PS Consultant – Immediate Joiners

Location: Pune

Experience: 7–9 years overall, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP PS experience

Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP PS and working knowledge of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP project management solutions across project planning, budgeting, execution, cost control, revenue tracking, settlement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP PS functionalities, including Project Definitions, WBS Elements, Networks, Activities, and Milestone Planning.
- Manage project cost planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, settlement, and period-end activities.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
- Support the project lifecycle, including design, build, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
- Work on integrations with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PM/EAM, and HCM/CATS.
- Support project costing, forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports.
- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP PS functional consulting experience.




- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
- Strong understanding of project cost planning, budget management, availability control, revenue recognition, settlement processes, and investment projects.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Project System.
- Strong integration knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MM, and SD.
- Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills
- SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM).
- SAP PPM/EPPM knowledge.
- SAP Fiori apps for project management.
- SAP Activate methodology.
- Domain experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, utilities, or capital projects.
- Embedded Analytics/SAC reporting and project controls.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP PS certification is preferred
