About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Lead with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA to lead Logistics and Supply Chain transformation initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge across SAP Logistics modules, extensive experience in solution design, implementation, production support, and strong stakeholder management capabilities. The role requires leading end-to-end SAP Logistics engagements, driving business process optimization, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable SAP solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

What You'll Do:

- Lead SAP Logistics solution design, configuration, implementation, and support across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Conduct business workshops, discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs with business stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, configuration documents,



and solution design artifacts.
- Configure and support SAP MM, IM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, Logistics Execution, Batch Management, and Vendor Management processes.
- Drive integration across SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO.
- Support and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Plan-to-Produce (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, Security, Data Migration, and Integration teams to deliver business requirements.
- Design and support integrations with third-party applications using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, EDI, and middleware solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex cross-functional and integration-related issues.
- Lead unit testing, system testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect management activities.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, validation, cutover planning, and go-live execution activities.
- Manage SAP application support activities including incidents, service requests, problem management, and change management.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements, governance frameworks, and support processes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, business leaders, and process owners to align solutions with business objectives.
- Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, rollout, enhancement, and upgrade initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8–12 years of experience in SAP Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and SAP implementation projects.
- Extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP Logistics modules including SAP SD, MM, IM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, and Logistics Execution.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Supply Chain business processes.
- Proven experience leading workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and business process transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SAP master data, transactional processes, and cross-functional integrations.
- Experience integrating SAP with external applications using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, EDI, and middleware platforms.




- Expertise in preparing functional specifications, process flows, business requirement documents, and configuration documentation.
- Experience collaborating with ABAP, Integration, Basis, Security, and Data Migration teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, production planning, and logistics execution processes.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration, implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects.
- Hands-on experience in testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support.
- Solid production support, incident management, problem management, and change management experience.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex functional and integration issues.
- Experience managing global stakeholders and working across geographically distributed teams.
- Strong project coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
