We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Technical Architect with strong HR ABAP expertise to lead the design and modernization of complex SAP HR/HCM master data integration landscapes .

? Domain: SAP HR / SAP HCM / HR Master Data Integration

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and modernize SAP HR/HCM master data integration architecture
- Analyze HR data flows across SAP HR/HCM, middleware, Workday and downstream systems

• Perform technical where-used and dependency analysis across programs, tables, interfaces, IDocs, RFCs and jobs

• Develop end-to-end data lineage and source-to-target mappings

• Reverse engineer SAP HR data flows involving PA and OM

• Work with SAP HR objects such as HRP1000, HRP1001, PA9002 and PERNR

- Evaluate API, middleware, file-based, Workday and SAP-native integration patterns
- Design scalable and decoupled future-state integration architecture




- Support data minimization, privacy and integration governance
- Prepare architecture diagrams, integration inventories, technical assessments and implementation roadmaps
- Lead technical workshops and communicate architecture recommendations to stakeholders

• Use HR ABAP for integration development, debugging and optimization
