Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Project Manager with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience to lead end-to-end SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects .
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with SAP SuccessFactors functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Manage implementation activities across SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning , and other HCM modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalation processes.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with integration teams for integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Ensure appropriate project documentation,



governance, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
- Support UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities .
- Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodologies, project governance, and organizational standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to business and technical teams.
- Manage multiple teams and workstreams while ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors .
- Strong experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects .
- Proven experience in project planning, delivery, governance, and stakeholder management .
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central .
- Good understanding of other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Employee Central Payroll .
- Experience working with global or large-scale SAP HCM transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integrations and data migration concepts .
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Solid communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and senior business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is preferred.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology .
- Exposure to SAP BTP, Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and middleware .
- Experience with global HR transformation programs.
- Experience managing multiple SuccessFactors workstreams simultaneously.
