This role is essentially a Global SAPCoupa Functional/Technical Lead responsible for owning Coupa's end-to-end implementation, enhancement, integration, and support within a large enterprise environment , while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and related platforms.

Role Summary

SAP Global COUPA Functional Lead (6+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Global COUPA Functional Lead to drive the implementation, enhancement, and support of Coupa solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Coupa configuration, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, supplier management, invoicing, spend analytics, and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Coupa functional design, configuration, and administration.





Manage Coupa–SAP S/4HANA integrations and end-to-end business processes.

Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, SAP, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production support.

Support reporting, analytics, and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

6+ years of Coupa Functional experience.

Strong knowledge of P2P, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Invoice Management.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.

Knowledge of REST APIs, MuleSoft, and enterprise integrations.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working in global delivery environments.
