- 15+ years of overall SAP experience.

- Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale SAP projects and programs.

- Strong experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

- Experience handling complex SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, and digital transformation programs.

- Strong customer-facing, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple teams, project timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

- Expertise in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and delivery governance.

- Experience managing project scope, quality, milestones, and delivery commitments.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional, onsite, and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Experience managing senior stakeholders, steering committee discussions, and executive-level reporting.

- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and structured project management practices is preferred.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migration programs is an added advantage.
