Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

SAP S/4HANA Commodity Functional Consultant with solid expertise in

Commodity Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and S/4HANA Brownfield Migration projects

. The consultant will play a key role in assessing existing SAP ECC processes, designing S/4HANA solutions, and ensuring a seamless transition during Brownfield conversion programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration projects for Commodity and Procurement business processes.

- Analyze existing ECC configurations and recommend best-fit S/4HANA solutions.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify impacts due to S/4HANA simplifications.

- Configure and support SAP Commodity Management, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Material Management processes.

- Perform business process workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.

- Support system conversion activities, data validation, testing, cutover, and go-live.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales,



and Technical teams.

- Identify and resolve functional issues during migration and hypercare phases.

- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers for enhancements.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in Commodity/Procurement processes.

- Hands-on experience in at least one

SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration project.

- Strong knowledge of:

- SAP MM

- Commodity Procurement

- Purchasing & Sourcing

- Inventory Management

- Material Valuation

- Batch Management

- Stock Transfers

- Vendor Management

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA simplification items and readiness assessment.

- Knowledge of migration tools and methodologies for S/4HANA conversions.

- Experience in SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Production Support activities.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
