About the Role

Argus Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP solutions, particularly in Billing and Inventory Management . Experience working with government departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or other public-sector organisations will be highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge, experience in implementation projects, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP modules related to Billing and Inventory Management.
- Gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder discussions, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure SAP processes covering billing, invoicing, inventory management, stock movements, material management, and related workflows.
- Participate in business process mapping, gap analysis, solution design, and implementation activities.
- Support master data preparation, data migration, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.




- Provide post-implementation support and assist in process improvements.
- Work closely with client teams, including government and PSU stakeholders where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant SAP consulting experience .
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, or rollout projects.
- Strong functional understanding of Billing and Inventory Management processes.
- Experience with relevant SAP modules, such as SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management), as applicable to the project.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and user training.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with client and project teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing SAP solutions for government departments, PSUs, or public-sector organisations .
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, rather than support-only assignments.
- Exposure to integration between billing, inventory, finance, and procurement processes.
- SAP certification or relevant implementation credentials.
