Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, handle customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily salon operations and appointments.
- Supervise hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Monitor service quality and staff performance.
- Manage salon products, inventory, and stock replenishment.




- Promote salon services, packages, and memberships.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and daily sales.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and operational reports.
