We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager for our Branded saloon to oversee daily operations and ensure a welcoming, professional experience for every client. We are seeking someone who can lead the team, manage appointments, and help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily salon operations, appointments, walk-ins, and staff schedules.
- Supervise the salon team and ensure services are completed on time.
- Welcome clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the appropriate stylist or makeup artist.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Manage billing, payment collection, and daily sales reports.
- Track product inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
- Promote relevant services and packages, encourage repeat bookings, and support sales goals.
- Coordinate with management on staff performance,



expenses, and operational needs.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of salon management or relevant beauty industry supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and organisational skills.
- Positive communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Comfortable using appointment systems, billing software, WhatsApp, and basic Excel.
- Ability to manage a busy salon and handle customer concerns calmly.
- Willingness to work weekends, with a scheduled weekly day off.
