Job Summary

NS Groups is looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Executives with a background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a proven interest in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on local property market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements




- Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented mindset with valuable client-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.

Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance. Incentives may be offered based on company policy and sales performance.
