Position : Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect (Healthcare)

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai (2-days Hybrid)

Shift Time: 3pm to 1am IST

Experience: 10+ Years

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, including Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud OR Healthcare domain projects.
- Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, EHR/EMR integrations, and healthcare workflows is preferred.
- Experience building REST/SOAP API integrations and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC.
- Implement solutions on Salesforce platforms, including Health Cloud or healthcare-focused applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, APIs, and healthcare platforms.
- Gather requirements, provide technical solutions,



and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members (Lead/Architect level).

Qualifications

- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex and LWC is mandatory.
- Experience in either Salesforce Health Cloud or Healthcare domain projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (PD1/PD2, Administrator, Health Cloud, Architect) and experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7). Required Skills : Salesforce, Apex, LWC, Health Cloud / Healthcare, FHIR, HL7, EHR, EMR, REST API
