Location- Remote

Job Role: Core (SSE) Solution Architect

Architecture & Solution Design

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations and transformation programs.
- Define scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
- Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform capabilities.
- Create architecture blueprints, solution design documents, data models, and integration strategies.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for optimization and scalability.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Establish best practices for development, deployment, security, and governance.
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure adherence to standards.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce Well-Architected principles.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture
- Design APIs, middleware, and integration solutions with enterprise applications.
- Define integration patterns using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft, ETL tools, and third-party systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow across Salesforce and external platforms.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps.
- Present architectural solutions and trade-offs to executive leadership and client stakeholders.
- Support solution estimation,



project planning, and risk mitigation.

Delivery & Governance
- Participate in solution planning, sprint reviews, and release governance.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance standards.
- Provide guidance during testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Lead Architect.
- Strong customer-facing consulting experience.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
