We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with a robust focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Intelligence and Personalization, with a proven ability to analyze data, create analytics models, and implement effective data integration and segmentation strategies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and analytical thinking to drive marketing initiatives and enhance customer engagement through data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement data analysis and analytics models within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support marketing strategies.
- Utilize advanced settings in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Intelligence to harmonize and model data for actionable insights.
- Design and execute data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between various marketing platforms.
- Create and manage personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Personalization tools.
- Conduct segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with technical capabilities.




- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data analytics.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Intelligence, including data analysis, analytics, harmonization, modeling, and advanced settings.
- Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Personalization, with experience in sitemap creation, data integration, and audience segmentation.
- Solid understanding of data analytics principles and methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and data querying languages for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization of marketing campaigns.
